I've tried so much to lose weight. Help please!!?
Okay so i eat 1200 calories a day, or less.
i wake up have oatmeal & an orange.
for lunch i have fruits and veggies and salad without dressing!
for dinner i eat fish, chicken, and then vegetables.
i drink 8 glasses of water a day.
for exercise i take a 5 mile bike ride in the morning 3 times a week.
i also do yoga, Pilate's, kick boxing, etc 3 times a week.
I jog nightly.
I cannot lose weight!
in fact my body fat has went from 23% to 25%!!!!
could there be something wrong? help me please!

How long have you been dieting and exercising? It sounds like you're doing the right thing. If you haven't been on the program for very long, you may have to wait a bit to start seeing results. If you've been doing it for a long time, 6 months or more, something could very well be wrong and you should go to a doctor.
